This policy describes Hermes, a private household assistant operated by the owner of magiclarsen@gmail.com. It is used by that household only. It is not a service other people can sign up for.
Last updated: October 2, 2026.
Only after the account owner grants access, Hermes can use:
It does not ask for access to any other person's Google account.
The access is used to do the household tasks the operator asks for. Examples: see what is on the family calendar, draft or send a message, and open a document. It is not used for advertising, resale, credit decisions, or training a public model.
The OAuth token that proves this access is stored on the operator's private computer. Hermes does not send Google user data to a separate company for storage or analytics. If the operator asks Hermes to send email or create a calendar event, that action goes through Google, because that is how those services work.
Google user data is not sold and is not shared with other people except when the operator explicitly asks for something to be sent, such as an email or a calendar invitation.
The token remains until the operator revokes it or Google invalidates it. Hermes does not keep a separate public copy of the mailbox or the calendar.
The account owner can disconnect Hermes at any time from Google Account permissions. After that, the stored token can no longer refresh access.
